1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the br555 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and customer support functions offered through the website at br555.ws (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

To be eligible to register and use a br555 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must register using your own true and accurate identity. False registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You may hold only one account on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — including accounts in the name of a third party — is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

br555 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). br555 does not accept third-party payments — the name on the payment account must match the name registered on the br555 account. br555 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single-deposit limit imposed by br555 beyond the operational limits of the payment provider. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. br555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks. Deposits made using payment accounts not registered in your name will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be met in full before bonus-linked funds can be withdrawn.
• br555 aims to process withdrawals within 5 minutes on average. During peak periods or for large amounts, additional verification may extend processing time.
• br555 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or policy violation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Free Spins

All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for the matters they address.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings generated from free spins are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements — contribution percentages are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

br555 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if we determine that a player has engaged in any of the following:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once (bonus stacking).
• Placing low-risk or hedge bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with fair play.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the br555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to misrepresent the source of funds deposited to the Platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games, poker rooms, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors in sports betting markets. Any winnings obtained as a result of such exploitation will be voided.

br555 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above may result in permanent account closure, withholding of pending withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform. Additional sport-specific and market-specific rules may apply and are published within the relevant betting market.

Bet Acceptance and Odds

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. br555 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. In the event of an obvious pricing error on any market, br555 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and to settle those bets at the correct odds or refund the stake, at br555's sole discretion.

Settlement and Cancellations

Markets are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body of the sport (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for international football, BPL governing body for Bangladesh Premier League matches). In the event a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, the following applies:

• Pre-match bets on cancelled or abandoned events will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets placed before the point of abandonment or cancellation will be settled based on the score or state of play at the time the event ceased, unless market-specific rules state otherwise.
• br555 reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without notice, including during live in-play events, in cases of data feed failure, integrity concerns, or regulatory requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Suspension and Termination

br555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where br555 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has violated these Terms; (b) continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to br555; (c) the account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months; or (d) the player has requested account closure.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. br555 will not return funds that are the subject of an ongoing fraud or prohibited conduct investigation.
